Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™.   In the event that your purchases are not up to your satisfaction, we are pleased to be of assistance.

 

Each order can exchange only once and no cash refund.

 

 

Returnable Items

  • Any return request must be made within 14 calendar days from the date you received your item.
  • Product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Product must be in its original packaging.
  • Product is damaged or defected upon receiving it.
  • Replace your item with a new one (exchange for another item with similar value or refund only if the same item is not available).
  • Product is not as per order (e.g. wrong volume delivered).

 

 

Non-returnable Items

We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

 

  • Any product that is received over 14 calendar days.
  • Any product that has been opened or used (e.g. plastic wraps or box being taken out).
  • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Any discount, clearance or sales product which has already stated non-returnable.
  • Any free gift product and samples.
  • Any order that has already returned for exchange once.
  • Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™ holds absolute discretion in case of dispute.

 

 

Return Policy

  • Before providing an Exchange for any returned product:
    • We will first verify its condition.
    • If your order was placed with free gift and/or samples, you must return them together in order to consider the exchange request is valid, otherwise no exchange will be catered.  The free gift and/or samples, if any, will return to you along with the exchanged item.
    • No exchange will be made if product does not meet any of the above requirements, and the product will not return to you.
    • All delivery costs, custom taxes, duties or other custom clearance charges caused from Return and Exchange will be bear by customer side.
  • We will not process your Exchange Request if the product is not complying with our Return and Exchange Policy.
  • In case of dispute on the Return and Exchange request, Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™ reserves the right of final decision.

 

 

Return Procedures

  • Email return request to Our Customer Service within 14 calendars days from the date you received your item.
  • Include the following details in your email in order for us to process your request sooner:
    • Order number.
    • Photo(s) of defective item requesting for return.
    • Reason for requesting return.
  • Our CS will contact you within 7 business days once your request is received.
  • Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.

  • Email us the parcel Tracking Number, Name of Courier Company and Order Number once you send out the returned product.
  • We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
  • All return shipping fee must be prepaid, we do not accept COD returns.

 

 

Customs and Taxes

When delivery address is out of Hong Kong:

 

  • You are considered an importer.
  • You must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are requesting the items to be delivered.
  • Orders may be subjected to import duties, tariff and/or taxes and any additional charges for customer clearance.
  • Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™ has no control over these charges.
  • Custom policies vary from country to country, and you are advised to contact your local customs office for further information.
  • Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™ does not assume responsibility for the import duties, tariff and/or taxes arise from the orders.

 

 

Undeliverable Orders

  • Occasionally, orders are returned to us due to:
    • Incomplete, illegible, or incorrect address.
    • Addressee not at address (unknown, moved, or deceased).
    • PO Box.
    • Hotel.
    • Absence of recipient.
    • Failed delivery attempts.
    • Refusal of tax payment.
    • Refusal of identity verification.
    • Refusal of delivery.
    • Customs issue.
    • … etc.
  • For all returned undeliverable or unclaimed packages:
    • We will not be responsible for any import duties, tariff and/or taxes.
    • We will not be responsible for any delivery charges it may incur.
    • We will not make a refund on the orders.
  • You may request for re-shipping the order and you will be responsible and pay for:
    • Any import duties, tariff and/or taxes that may incur and paid by us due to the returned packages.
    • Any delivery charges that may incur and paid by us due to the returned packages.
    • The re-shipping charges of the returned packages.

 

 

Update

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document, those changes will be prominently posted here.

 

We reserve the rights to change this Policy without further prior notice and in case of any disputes, Beauty Online™ 肌齡喜源™ reserves the right of final decision.
